My research involves performing PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, dephosphorylation with Antarctic Phosphatase, ligation, and glyoxylation reactions. I also gained experience purifying DNA samples, creating, running, and interpreting agarose gels, and checking DNA concentration with NanoDrop. -
