Monitor,Track office supply inventory & approves supply order.Supervise & Monitor all administrative personnel.Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing,verifying orders and receipt of supplies.Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; evaluating new equipment and techniques.Prepare reports, presentation,maintain files & databases.Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preperation of reports, analyzing data,identify and implement solution.Maintain workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reduction & developing reporting procedure.Ensure necessary facilities to Employees as per employer standards.
