I was 30 years old when I realized what I really loved doing and what I really wanted to do for a living 🫣🙈. The year was 2017 and I had decided to become a better version of myself. I started working out and I began meditating under the guidance of my guru 🙏. Intense introspection gave me more clarity on what really makes me happy 😇. It came down to 3 things.1. I love asking questions, I’m curious about things. Questions like why is that so? Why isn’t it working? How should it work? I love to challenge any status quo until there is a logical explanation to them2. I love building things from scratch. It comes with an inherent freedom to experiment and explore which is an absolute dopamine booster. It allows me to learn new things, even through failures3. I love bringing order to things and putting a process in place to repeat them efficiently. Managing chaos is something that comes naturally to me and I cannot rest until I see a significant improvementThat is when an interesting role at a large global financial services company came my way. They were planning to build a global inhouse center in India and were looking for people to run that program from scratch. I jumped onbord and helped them scale up the India tech organization to 1000+ employees in a couple of years. The energy and motivation was so high that I also bootstrapped 2 start-ups along with a couple of my friends. Both companies scaled pretty well (broke even operationally) but had to shut down due to the pandemic.I plan to spend the next few years of my life helping founders in the ecosystem implement their vision, be a part of a few amazing journeys, and build products which can create a positive impact on the society at large. I believe life is all about new learnings and new experiences. Grateful for all the humbling experiences I’ve had so far. Looking forward for many more 🙏
