- Review tender documents: technical specifications, electrical drawings, bill of quantities.- Prepare quantity take-off of individual systems & cable measurements from drawings.- Generate enquiries to approved manufacturers for all the electrical & low current systems.- Evaluate vendor quotations against technical specs and check for complete compliance.- Develop Job Cost Analysis with materials & labour calculations for final approval.- Raise queries to consultants/clients in case of any missing info.- Discuss deviations/assumptions with Manager, to prepare the Offer.- Suggest value engineering to arrive at potential cost savings.
