Jayanth is the founder, director of VIBES Drama Learning Solutions.He became an expert in the unique skills of Drama based corporate training, freelancing for Steps Drama, a UK based behavioural change company. Starting of as an Actor facilitator and moving onto research and writing, designing training programs and lead facilitating, it has been a passionate journey. Some of the companies that Jayanth has designed and delivered Drama based sessions are HPCL, Accenture, SocGen, Cargill, KPMG, JP Morgan to name a few. He believes that his engagement in drama based training has given him a tailor made opportunity where he can combine his corporate experience, theatre talent and training skills to effectively design and deliver custom Drama based training modules for behavioral change in the L & OD space.Jayanth also enjoys conducting experiential theatre based workshops for personality development and employee engagement initiatives of corporates.Jayanth has a Diploma in Corporate Training from Indian Academy of Training and Development (IATD), Bangalore chapter.Jayanth has a corporate experience of 15 Years working in the software industry in the roles of Client Relationship Manager for US, Singapore and Europe based customers. Also as a Team Lead, Solution Architect, and mentor in various projects dealing with a diverse set of people has given him firsthand experience of corporate cultures and behaviors.

Jay was introduced to Theatre in 2007 with a Rangashankara, Bangalore Production which went onto do 50 shows. He has hands on experience of hosting and directing numerous Theatre productions across public performance venues and corporates in Bangalore. He is Founder Director of Bangalore based Theatre company called Hi5 Stage and screen productions. Team Hi5 comprises of working professionals pursuing their passion for stage. Jay also enjoys conducting experiential theatre based workshops for personality development and employee engagement initiatives of corporates.
