Since February 4th, 2019 till date, Working on utility management for Major UK Clients. Validating documents, and fetching data by using SQL and resolving customer's water connection related issues and their queries in email. Initiating refund process post verification in SAP ISU Environment, SAP CRM and SAP BI to analyzing accounts details for customer. Communicating with different business teams, third party Vendors and collaborating via email and chat to resolve commercial customers concerns.

Worked under property and casualty insurance. Handled the claims and policy documents received from client, validated and evaluated coverage for the insurance.• Worked for Safeco/Liberty insurance project- monitoring queue and work distribution across GDCs, assigning work/duties to the associates. Assisting team members.• Internal communication across GDCs in case of any resource crisis for TAT adherence.• QC and error identification.• Train the new associates and existing associates based on the error identified.• Consult with Process Leads in case of additional staffing is required to cope up with the huge & abnormal volume to meet SLA.• Daily productivity tracking of each resource and set target based on floor requirement. Share productivity data with Project Lead.• Scheduling (QA Call agenda) for all the Team leads.• Raising ticket for any issue and tracking and ensure for closing.• Handling Regional Central mailbox.Also worked on claims policy and doing underwriting which are received via paper, fax, & emails. Generating reports, fetching critical business information from the email, categorizing document, providing appropriate description, generating notification, also performing extensive research in different legacy systems & web portals (mecca, oasis, edm, iso, cpf which are available in Citrix environment) to find any missing business critical information.
