Ph.D. Scholar at AIIMS, Delhi | Biomarker Development in Uveal Melanoma | Published Author & Award-Winning ResearcherDedicated Ph.D. scholar at AIIMS, Delhi, specializing in the development and identification of biomarkers in uveal melanoma. My research journey encompasses seven published research articles, a book, and a chapter, reflecting a commitment to advancing knowledge in the field. With a solid foundation as a Research Assistant at AIIMS, Delhi, from 2017-2018, I explored molecular and mutational signatures in uveal melanoma. My expertise extends to molecular and histopathological analysis, Immunohistochemistry, Transmission Electron Microscopy, and confocal microscopy, gained during my tenure at CSIR-Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology.My Master's dissertation, focused on potassium channels' role in Lung Adenocarcinoma, showcased my early prowess in understanding complex biological mechanisms. Proficient in experimental techniques like animal cell culture, Real-Time PCR, Flow Cytometry, and Immunoblotting, I bring a holistic approach to research.Active participation in national and international conferences has resulted in five published abstracts in indexed journals. Recognitions include the Best Ph.D. Student Award, DCERF ARVO Fellowship, Merit Award in ESMO Asia, Singapore (2019), and Best Poster Award at the ISO Conference, Lucknow, India (2022). Additionally, I have been honored with ICMR and SERB travel grant awards, facilitating my presence at international conferences.My commitment to pushing the boundaries of scientific understanding, coupled with a proven track record of publications and awards, positions me as a dedicated and accomplished researcher in the dynamic field of cancer biology.
