Part of the operations team which focused on supply side of Uber.  Lead a team of 10 consultants for the overall operations of one of the offices of Uber in Delhi which involved on-boarding partners, support to the existing supply, consulting to partners, converting leads into strong relationships, solving serious cases of city, interacting with authorities, process excellence for improving operations and giving best experience to partners, adding value to Uber.  Analyzed the performance of drivers by analyzing the data of trips, ratings, number of parameters in Excel, Google sheets, Uber specific data tools for data driven decisions for on-boarding and off boarding drivers to maintain the quality of supply.  Managed and improved KPIs of the center and the team by 30% MoM, making operations of center efficient for serving 1K partners weekly and on-boarding 200 partners weekly. Lead the project of BYOD, recovered inventory of worth Rs 2.4 crores within 3 months by convincing partners to shift to their own mobiles without affecting supply. Managed the inventory, coordinated with other centers, proposed new processes for ensuring reliability, which then followed in other cities as well. Lead sprint projects of onboarding partners of the competitors, used customer analytics for reengaging existing partners for increasing supply of Uber. Only consultant who got featured in weekly report of Uber India for outstanding performance.
