Led product management for Concord, one of the world’s largest data platforms based on Google Cloud Data Analytics tools (BigQuery, Looker etc). The data platform is the single source for Google Cloud business and product data for analysis and serves hundreds of internal and external AI/ML and analytic use-cases (e.g., A/B experimentation, forecasting, carbon footprint calculations etc)- Led the vision, strategy, evangelization and roadmap-development processes- Designed the PM structure and hired a world-class PM team- Conceptualized and led the DEI efforts around learning to help our org build inclusive habits- Awarded the 2022Q2 Values award for CollaborationImpact: 100%+ YoY growth in MAU and monthly query counts; Expanded Concord from being focused on product analytics to other business analysis such as sales forecasting, pricing etc.

CLARA analytics, an Enterprise SaaS InsurTech, helps optimize commercial insurance claims outcomes with easy-to-use cloud-based AI products. CLARA’s products consistently deliver an ROI of 5:1+ helping it win multiple awards including  the JMP Securities InsurTech Top 40 and the SMA Top 50 InsurTech list.- Founded and incubated CLARA analytics within LeanTaaS; Raised $20M+ of funding; Built a 50+ member product team composed of engineering, data science, designers, and product managers- Led the product strategy, messaging and roadmap of the CLARA suite of products. Conceptualized CLARA's products from scratch and scaled them all the way to 20+ insurance customers and ~$XM in ARR (Annual Recurring Revenues).- Launched CLARA providers that helps rapidly connect injured workers to the right doctors through ML-based scoring and matching algorithms- Launched CLARA triage  that reduces claim escalations using ML and NLP-based "claim sensors"- Launched CLARA litigation that reduces litigation costs by avoiding litigation and attorney involvement, and optimizing attorney selection. Uses a range of patented AI algorithms to do the attorney scoring and matching.- Launched the path-breaking CLARA MSA that helps generate future medical cost forecasts for workers' compensation claims and submit Medicare Set-Asides to CMS (Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services). CLARA MSA uses highly scalable OCR, NLP and ML to go through medical and claim records to forecast future drug and medical procedures for claims.
