The International Student Community Ambassadors (ISCAs) serve the entire GW international student population, by supplementing the acculturation, engagement, and professional career services provided by the International Services Office (ISO) and GW Center for Career Services. The ISCAs serve as peer mentors, review resumes and cover letters, and organize professional workshops and social events. ISCAs provide the following services to ALL GW international students and scholars: 1) Serve as peer mentors to the international student population by helping students adjust to life at GW and take advantage of international student resources. 2) Review resumes and cover letters, provide advice on interviewing and networking tips, and direct international students to career resources and useful job and internship search resources. 3) Organize social, cultural, and professional events and workshops tailored to international student needs.

•Prabhat, under HUL's CSR is the holistic community development initiative, aligned with Unilever Compass across the value chain. The key areas of Prabhat program are – economic empowerment, environmental sustainability, health & nutrition and education. From its launch in December 2013 in eight locations in India, Prabhat is live in over 30 locations (factories, branches, depots) across South Asia.My responsibilities at Prabhat - 1) Developed and successfully executed the strategy on "sustainable & inclusive communities" creation in HUL locations2) Pioneered the entire end to end design, planning, execution and coordination of Health & Nutrition programs 3) Implemented health and nutrition projects across 10+ locations with focus on building malnutrition and anemia free villages, as well as nutrition education and advocacy in schools4) Designed and conceptualized Mobile Medical Units, a healthcare initiative by HUL5) Planned and managed budgets/CSR forecasts viz-a-viz Health & Nutrition Pillar6) Networking and liaising for strategic partnerships, NGO due diligence, NGO management, trainings, project design, implementation and communications7) Developed and designed material for communication of initiatives to all internal and external audiences. This included: a. Managing branding and social media presence b. Creating a quarterly newsletter and collaterals c. Applying for internal and external awards d.
