• Managing Pan India operations with 229 Centres across India by coordinating with respective regional quality executives.• Planning and Scheduling of Internal Audits as per the Audit cycle / frequency. Ensuring compliance to the Schedule by the regional Quality Executives.• Monitoring the Observations / Non-conformities raised against every centre and the Normalization of the findings across centres / regions.• Preparing the audit synopsis for reporting to the top management, the areas of concern / weak areas.• Ensuring the CPAR is prepared for all the non-conformances and is followed up to satisfactory closure.• Follow up with the respective key holders in-case the Audit findings were not closed within the defined timelines.• Discuss with the Management for any support required to implement any new processes for the improvement of the System.• Conducting Surprise / walk in audit at the centres to verify the conformance to the documented quality system.• Managing HO functions audit – detailed transaction based audits to ensure the proper implementation of system.• Analysis of Customer Complaints and monitoring corrective and preventive action.• Responsible for various analysis & Improvement activities for overall 229 centres and the HO functions.• Conducting training program for the new recruits, related to ISO 9001 awareness.• Conducting the awareness tests to verify the effectiveness of the ISO Awareness training.• Conduct Risk Analysis & Maintain Risk Registers for all the functions. Imparted training to all the stake holders for Risk Assessment & Control measures.• Conducting Management Review meetings to analyze the weak areas & suggest for the Improvement areas. Completion of the MRM actions decided in given time frame• Liaise with the Certification body for the end to end coordination for the Entire External Audit cycles.

• Process auditor & Document Controller managing overall documents used in organization as per ISO. • To assure employees adhering to the MIS & WI ensuring all the Documents are in right Place & right documents are used in workplaces.• Created all the necessary Procedures, WI’s and documents for all the departments which is lagging in the basic.• Certified Auditor for QMS (ISO 9001:2008), EMS (ISO 14001:2004) and OHSAS (OHSAS 18001:2007).• Part of Quality Management System involved in doing MPA, Internal Audit, Conducted Internal Audits, Process Audits, etc.,• Also Part of Environmental Management System driving EHS Suggestion scheme.• Training New Joinee’s in Quality and Environment Management Systems. Over 4000 Employees have been trained.
