Summary of Skills & Experience* Over 10 years experience in the field of Factory Sourcing, Merchandising, Communication, Costing, Quality Assurance and Sampling Departments in Knitted Garments Industry.* Support for Merchandising Team, Quality team to executing Order on time and followed day to day report.* Communicate with Customer and Vendor regular basis to meet monthly target.* Weekly Meeting contact with Merchandiser and Quality Team for update and future plan.* Well conversant with fabric and AQL Norms. * Well Knowledge for Production Planning and meet the Delivery scheduled.* Supervising Complete Production team & monitoring the Producers to Follow in Production to ensure compliance with the Quality norms and Standard of the Company.* Carrying out Fit, Online, Mid-line, Pre-final and Final Inspection the Product Quality at all levels.* Co- ordinate between the Superior & Team managements for seamless Executions of Orders.* Interacting with various Departments like Knitting, Process, Print and Embroidery on Quality of the products and also assisting them in Execution of various jobs.* Meeting with foreign customer to Discussion for New Orders, development samples, order status, Price negotiation, Quality norms & Delivery scheduled.* Documentation check, Logistic EA & ED up-dating and also each customer order Bank/ECGC status.
