Related work experience-IProjects:-Serial life projects for ECM-Engine Cooling system & HVAC System delivery project for Kwid-(XBA, I2MC),Triber (RBC), Kiger (HBC) & Magnite (PY1B) [Naturally aspirated and Turbo variants]Project Description:- 1)Design and development Efficient ECM-Engine Cooling & HVAC system components through Technical and commercial discussions with Supplier, 2)Prepared QCT (Quality, Cost and Timeline) for all Cooling & HVAC System Module and Non-module parts for Management reporting during all milestones for approvals,3)Supporting build activities and resolved the Issues, Managing Engineering design changes, PPAP Process to validate the Quality concern, worked in field quality concern analysis for displacement, Vibration & Noise concern with the help of RCA tools Like 8D report, FTA & Fishbone techniques, 4)Worked CRLI & 3-3-3 Cost reduction through VAVE activities with the help of cost reduction pillars for all ECM-Engine cooling system and HVAC components Like Benchmarking, Material challenge, Right sizing, Deep localization activity,5)Tear Down & Benchmarking activities of various competitive products and study for new ideas generation and cost optimization & Implementation for the new development projects,6)Worked new development vehicles like XBA MY24, RBC PH-2 & HBC/PY1B MY24 for both Reno & Nissan.Roles & Responsibilities:-1)Design and development of ECM- Engine Cooling and HVAC systems, Module and Non module Components such as Expansion tank, Air guide, Condenser, Compressor Radiator, FMS-Fan, Motor, Shroud, Intercooler, Cooling hoses along with AC pipes. 2)I have been achieved the Milestone requirements-Like-CF-VPC-CO-TGA-VC-PT-PPC-MA-SOP,3)Prepared DT sheets for cooling system & HVAC components as per the Framing note -->To be continuedTools used:-Catia V6 & NPDM & UG NX,[Lup QC & PRO], One TD, E-Clem, Signe, JIRA, SA@R, ANPQP, G2B, TCE, Matsub & A2Mac and One VAL Validation. 1D thermal simulation and CAE methodologies.
