Monitoring of Building Management System (BMS) and ensuring that appropriate responses are initiated.• Check routinely for correct operation of all equipment in locations that include BMS control systems.• Monitor the operation of the HVAC control systems using the BMS to monitor performance• Attending BMS related Telephone calls and emergency Calls for assistance in either lift malfunction or guest difficulty situations.• Operating & Monitoring the Fire Alarm Control System, Triton system, BMS-Honey Well Alert on system.• Reporting the day-to-day work through email and all-important information / emergencies in the system to the earliest to Director of Engineering & Asst Resident Engineer.• Monitor the FCS System and assign the technicians accordingly prioritizing Guest request/complain. Work on the updating & follow ups on the requests/complains in the system and update the engineering management of the same. • Make sure that all the related documentations and records (Fire Alarm Faults, Shift Checklist, Daily Reports, DEWA Consumption Readings, FCS Reports, Jacuzzi Readings, Fire pump room readings etc.) are updated correctly and can be able to pull out during audits and emergencies. Same Records should be reported to the Engineering management on daily.
