 Packaging Design, Development & Costing for Hyundai & KIA automobile parts to export logistics operations. Responsible for all new projects, to develop the packaging design, validation and to approve the packaging standard with optimized cost & quality. Vendor packing conversion to avoid wastage of packing material, reduce the no of touch points, and increase the velocity of part flow.  Responsible person to identify the vendor capability for converting the Auto parts to vendor packing and fixing the packing cost with agreement In charge for analyzing monthly vendor packing cost saving with Glovis packing cost. Supporting Asia Pacific & North Atlantic Team for packaging improvements by collaborating with suppliers globally and collecting packing spec sheet or drawing to compare packing materials & Spec to increase packing efficiency. In charge for Global logistics cost reduction by optimizing one way & implementing returnable packaging. Packaging process sheet preparation for shop floor packing operations (CKD parts) Design In charge for Re-Engineering the existing packing designs to latest optimized packing designs by increasing the average Container CBM & fulfilling the usage of High cube containers.  Member in quality claim validation team to find the root cause of packaging damages and making improvements Sample verification, quality inspection, BOM approval & price confirmation of packing material. Responsible to monitor container filling ratio for all export locations. Support for warehouse layout drawing and planning & warehouse space allocation and optimization Arrangement of storage rack system and case storage. Supporting packing material testing laboratory by testing Carton & Steel materials before & after packing

 Designing & Development of material handling, in-house & transport pallets for automobile companies Generation of BOM & providing cost estimation of project for quotations. Interacting with customers for their requirements for NPD, development of prototypes & conducting trails of prototypes at customer end.  Generating Techno Commercial Reports.  Providing indents to purchase department for procurement of raw material for each project.  Coordination with Client team regarding the Development as per their requirement & for Product Validations,  Coordination with Production, R&D, Quality team regarding Product Development, Bulk production &.
