Oorjja is an Ecosystem to empower differently abled persons. We had a modest start in October'17 with the first batch of students with Hearing impairement , undergoing empowerment program as a combination of Class room and On the job programs. We are slowly but steadily treading our journey with full Oorjja and spreading Oorjja ☺

Zone had a total book size over 10000 crores. Employee strength over 800. Was part of an exciting journey in God's own country expanding and consolidating the Bank's net work and business.

Heading a Circle in Karnataka with over Rs.5000 crores total book size, generating a bottom line of Rs.100crs . Employee strength over 500. In the process of expanding the Bank network to rural areas. Have been doing that in last few years, with 20% of Branches in the Circle in Semi urban, rural areas. Currently also working on business models for Ultra Small Branches (2 men branches) as an expansion strategy to Rural Markets.
