CurrentAs the Managing Director of CIIT, I have had the privilege of guiding over 15,000 students on their journey to higher education. My role has been a blend of strategic planning and operational management, ensuring the delivery of quality education to students across geographical boundaries.I have led the development and execution of strategic plans that have not only expanded our student base but also enhanced the overall learning experience. My leadership has been marked by the adoption of innovative teaching methodologies and the integration of advanced technologies to improve curriculum delivery.A key part of my role has been fostering a culture of continuous improvement. I have always encouraged open feedback from both students and staff, using their insights to refine our processes and offerings.The success of our students, many of whom have excelled in their chosen fields, is a testament to the effectiveness of our distance learning programs.
