Key Deliverable:- Pan India SPOC to monitor the Human Resources Department compliance with Central and State Employment Legislation.-To advise the Company on applicability of the labour laws and labour compliance pertaining to PF, ESIC, PT, Minimum wages and other applicable statutes and regulations.- Ensuring all compliance matters and the identified findings/actions are tracked to closure and reported to leadership on pro-actively to mitigate any exposure to MTFPL in any form. - Monitoring compliance track and maintain Compliance Dashboard.- SPOC & Representative from MTFPL to attend compliance audit at client site such as Google India, TCS, Infosys Ltd, Fidelity, Cognizant Technology, HP, SAP Labs and many other major clients.- Pan India SPOC to design and implement employee reward and recognition program to motivate high performing associates.- Collating nominations, preparing RnR dashboard and sending the dashboard to the leadership team to finalize the winners. - Co-ordinate with leadership team to ensure execution of RnR program successfully- Currently working closely with HRMIS vendor for implementation of documents retrieval and verification in the onboarding platform for hassle-free on-boarding- Introduced a structured induction program in co-ordination with training team- Introduced buddy program - Assign a buddy for every new joiner who provides insight into the day-to-day activities of the company and help the new hire acclimate the system quickly. - Implemented on-boarding feedback survey to gather timely insights about their on-boarding experience and improvise the process accordingly

Key Deliverables: - Responsible for entire gamut of HR activities for 150 employees at M S Ramaiah Narayana Health Centre – Unit of NH- Handle end to end recruitment process from entry level to senior level profiles effectively.- Co-ordinate for on-boarding of new employee, background verification, facilitating employee documentation, employee code creation, issue of ID cards and employee login credentials - Co-ordinate with Corporate HR team for issue of various HR related to employees - Conduct induction briefing to new joiners and refresher training to existing employees to ensure they are aware about HR policies and procedures- Conduct and co-ordinate various training programs and preparation of training calendar and timely submission of monthly training reports to senior management. - Preparation of payroll inputs such as attendance, incentives, deductions and additions of new joiners, resigned employees.- Handling complete PMS Process e.g. Performance Review, coordinating with Management regarding appraisals, taking approvals, etc.- Responsible for employee social security benefits (such as ESIC, PF, medical insurance), co-ordinating with vendor towards monthly database updates and claim settlement- Handling employee separation as per company policy, responsible for Full and Final Settlements and conducting Exit interview - Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly MIS reporting to the Management- Assist management in manpower planning and annual budgeting for the unit- Responsible for employee engagement activities such as Annual Day celebration, Team outing, cultural events, festival celebration, employee birthday celebration, team building games and other engagement activities.
