As a Human Resource Executive at Asahi India Glass Limited, I am responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition activities starting from Manpower requirement of the department till joining of the candidate. Learning and development activities like training need identification to increase the competency of the employee , forming and scheduling training based on the annual training calendar. Responsible for total employee involvement of the plants by organizing different activities like kaizen & suggestions, monthly theme celebrations, birthdays and anniversary celebrations, festival celebration etc. I work with a team of dynamic and experienced HR professionals, who support and mentor me in my role.I have a strong academic background in management, with an MBA from Prestige Institute of Management & Research and a BBA from Medi-Caps University. I am passionate about learning new skills and enhancing my knowledge in the HR domain.My goal is to work with the industry leaders and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
