• Hired and managed a cross-functional team of seven direct reports and oversaw 50 indirect full-time employees including admin personnel, fitness instructors, and customer success agents
• Negotiated and managed strategic partnerships with brands such as Gatorade, Rexona and Saucony to increase additional revenue streams for Energym by over $XX,XXX monthly and boost partners' brand awareness
• Secured exclusive distribution rights of high-quality fitness equipment and brands such as Pavigym, Hoist, Stages, Escape and Intenza; selling to social clubs, local gyms, boutiques, and direct to consumer's homes.

-Managed a budget of $700,000 to advertise on Social Media Platform including Facebook, Google, YouTube, and AdRol reaching customers in over 20 countries, resulting in an ROI of 5.5x-Contributed to Shake-Shake-Shake, Zumba's new protein shakes, and Zumba Strong, the company's new innovative workout, by generating marketing materials to be distributed to.
