Manage the day-to-day operations of a $50M+ manufacturing facility. Processes include injection molding, metal stamping, roll forming, co-extrusion and extrusion. Markets are automotive and building products.Responsible for Production, Lean Manufacturing, Maintenance and Tooling. Responsible for up to 450 employees on three shifts.Managed integration of new business from multiple plant closures (internal & external).

Coordinate and implement visual material pull systems (kan ban).Facilitate kaizen events.Introduce visual training system.
