As a Human Resources & Payroll Manager, I oversee payroll management, ensuring accurate time tracking, timely payroll processing, and compliance with tax and benefits reporting. Overall, my role as a project manager was instrumental in launching a new massage therapy continuing education program in our studios. As Marketing Manager I was responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Massage Therapy to consumers but also to promote Audacious Wellness NW as a leading employer. I oversaw and approved advertising and promotional material created by the Marketing Assistant and helped recruit and train my replacement before moving onto another role in the company. In this role I utilized my strong communication, leadership, analytical, and creative skills.

As Director of Operations, I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of several locations of Elements Massage. I was to ensure that all departments were working efficiently towards the same set of goals. This role involved developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, managing budgets and resources, and analyzing data to make informed decisions. Additionally, I worked closely with the company owner to align operational activities with the overall strategic direction of the company.

I managed the lesson program, coordinating schedules and activities for riders, as well as overseeing barn cleaning and light maintenance tasks to uphold a clean and organized facility. My responsibilities encompassed a range of duties to maintain a safe and effective operation for both the horses and riders.

I was responsible for greeting and assisting customers in finding the perfect pair of shoes to meet their needs. I had knowledge of the store's shoe inventory and provided recommendations based on style preferences. Additionally, I handled transactions, processed payments, and maintained a clean and organized sales floor.
