• Conducted market research and competitive analysis; this included assisting in the formation of questionnaires for moderator and analyzing results.

• Created and proposed a regional sales plan by identifying key decision makers and devising a systematic communication strategy to gain face-to-face meetings with influential decision makers. Surpassed 5 year goal in 3 years while producing a 60% savings in travel budget.

• Managed 60 client accounts, while acting as the primary liaison for 15 primary accounts. Managed projects and client accounts between organization and third party providers – successfully translating client needs into additional opportunities and actionable results.

• Represented the company at key affinity and trade groups, including serving as the committee chair with the key group. Forged partnerships with 122 College Campuses that translated into one-on-one presentations and influenced critical business decision-making.

I had the opportunity to become a Pharmacy Technician at a long-term care Pharmacy focused that focused on providing nursing facilities with hundreds of patients with error-free medications in a timely manner.

• Earning my Pharmacy certification (CPhT) and developed a thorough understanding of the five production stations.

• Charged with keeping accurate accounting of high-security, pharmaceutical filling station, supervising 8-10 Pharmacy Technicians in the dispensing of controlled narcotic prescriptions and ensuring accurate accounting. Recognized for leading effective teams that consistently met quota.

• Spearheaded the effort to help bring new technicians up to speed in a fast-paced environment. I created a technician reference sheet that provided detailed information and allowed all employees to verify their work, thus reducing errors. The reference sheet was expanded into a technician reference guide.
