Equipment includes but is not limited to; Process treatment (UV sterilization, aeration, chemical treatment), Fluid Handling (pumps, valves, filtration, separation), Control Systems (control panels, PLC's, HMI's, system communication, SCADA/DCS integration), Underground and aboveground FRP (Fiberglass) Storage Tanks•Manage the entire sales cycle of projects from start to completion; Prospecting-> Identify solutions-> Design Support -> Budgeting -> Approvals -> Quotation -> Ordering -> Delivery -> Installation -> Commissioning -> Training -> Ongoing Technical Support•Liaise between equipment manufacturers, owners, developers, and engineering consultants to develop process equipment requirements and specifications, permitting, design layouts, tender drawings/specifications, installation requirements, equipment troubleshooting and deficiencies •Identify, validate, and implement new developing technologies related to water/wastewater treatment•Maintain existing and develop new working relationships with design engineers, regulatory officers, contractors, company/municipality representatives, private developers at conferences, trade shows, site/office visits

•Research new technologies related to power transformer dielectric fluid processing•Identify and apply for funding resources related to R&D of new technologies and products•Organize research collaboration projects with local institutions related to dielectric fluid purification development

• Operate and maintain processes of an offshore natural gas plant. System responsibilities include; produced water treatment, chemical injection, phase separation, gas sweetening and dehydration, condensate stabilization, gas compression• Monitoring and maintaining plant utilities including; fresh water generation, air compressors, nitrogen generator, turbine and diesel generators• Sampling and laboratory analysis of offshore sour gas platform processes, verification of in process analyzers and environmental regulatory compliance (oil in water discharge, sulphide discharge, free chlorine discharge)• Managing test results data and preparing reports related to process systems including; produced water treatment, gas sweetening (amine), gas dehydration (TEG), condensate fuel system and export gas• Regular checking of chemical injection rates and dosages, making adjustments as needed to maintain target dosages and sound operations• Comply with stringent offshore safe work practices and procedures. Active participation in stop card program, safety drills, OH&S meetings and safety initiatives• Active member of the offshore emergency response team and firefighting team• Active participation in all safety-related programs, including stop card program, safety drills, OH&S meetings and safety initiatives

• Contribute to the identification and development of various patents and applications related to sequestration of CO2 into concrete• Organize and manage research projects aimed at improving company technologies• Implement new technologies into industrial environments by designing and monitoring installations• Ensure proper technical image of company is deployed to customers and public

• Responsible for sourcing equipment, commissioning and staff training of oil and gas service company laboratories in Raduzhny, Russia and Mill Hall, Pennsylvania, USA• Manage day-to-day operations of oil and gas service company laboratory• Prepare reports and make technical recommendations to clients regarding reservoir optimization using oil/gas well stimulation• Research and implement new fluid technologies, particularly related to environmentally safe alternatives to conventional additives• Provide QA/QC technical training to field employees• Direct supervision of 5-10 QA/QC personnel• Maintain databases of QA/QC documents• Organized field chemical supply logistics

• Perform well site QA/QC for fracturing and acidizing operations• Receive samples, conduct experiments and keep accurate records• Optimize fracturing and acidizing stimulation fluids for specific well chemistries• Prepare reports and make technical recommendations to superiors and customers• Make presentations of new products to customers• Operate and maintain oil and gas-related laboratory equipment, such as: X-Ray Diffraction, X-Ray Fluorescence, HPHT Viscometers (single and multi phase), Water analysis equipment (ICP-OES, Auto/Manual titration, Spectrophotometry), Gas chromatography, vapor pressure (RVP).
