I am serving as Board member for American India Foundation (AIF) in the New York Tri-State Board working alongside prominent and respected individuals with proven leadership abilities in business and philanthropy. I am responsible for providing strategic direction and digital expertise, being an ambassador for the organization, collaborating/contributing on fund-raising and awareness building events, and recruiting new members to the organization. AIF and the Board is committed to improving the lives of India’s underprivileged with a special focus on women, children, and youth through high impact interventions in education, livelihoods, and public health.

I built an e-commerce business in the FoodTech space to enable retail and corporate customers to order food online. I developed and executed overall business strategy, built operations including marketing and customer support teams from ground-up, and grew the team to over 25 employees. My company has grown into a diverse, multi-lingual, inclusive workforce of industry specialists.I oversaw design and creation of multiple products, scaled the business by partnering with 500+ restaurants, and grew the business over 100% YoY. I successfully raised multiple rounds of funding to grow the company in multiple regions.In 2018, I successfully exited the firm and handed over daily operations to my co-founder. The business is operational and continues to grow in India.

As a Manager at Deloitte, I served Banking and Insurance clients to help them define digital vision and growth strategies, create customer journeys, build working prototypes, perform usability feedback studies, build business cases and receive funding/resources to implement innovative digital products.Key accomplishments include development of the digital and growth strategy for a large Insurance company to increase AUM by $25-30M, and managing product development of a new digital banking platform for a large UK bank with 2M+ customers.

As a member of Accenture's Technology practice I helped Financial Services clients in creating innovative digital products and managed large-scale change programs. I led multiple programs with cross-functional teams as large as 100+ people to design and develop products using Agile and DevOps practices.Key accomplishments include developing innovative consumer-direct auto-finance loan origination product resulting in a new channel and an additional source of revenue, supervising large regulatory project with 25 resources to create new processes and digital tools to avoid $8-10M regulatory fines, and guiding technology team of 10-25 resources for implementing complex financial regulatory solutions related to Transaction Monitoring, FATCA, and Dodd-Frank.

I managed software development of a proprietary Trading and Risk Management digital platform used by a global desk of 20 Commodities traders across Oil, Power, and Natural Gas trading to view real-time risk on trades.While working for the trading desk, I identified opportunities to design and develop new innovative software products to monitor and manage capacity of Middleware appliances used by trading platforms. I aligned on new product ideas with executives, received funding/resources, and managed development of 3 innovative digital products. These products were used by a department of 50 people and software products sold to a third-party company that generated additional revenue for Barclays. This Intrapreneurship experience helped solidify my passion for building and scaling new innovative digital products.

I worked as a Summer Intern for Equities Derivatives volatility trading desk. I help identify and develop multiple enhancement features on existing Trading and Risk Management software platforms that would allow Traders to better manage their trading positions.
