Current❑ Accountable for Client Services delivery for global clients – - One of largest Pharmaceutical companies in the world - One of the largest multinational technology company - World’s leading Food processing and packaging solutions company❑ Directly leading a dynamic global team of 300+ Souring Professionals – Global Category Managers, Sourcing Managers, Team Leads and Sourcing execution resources located in India while partnering with cross-functional teams in the US, EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions ❑ Overall accountability for Client Operations focused on driving operational excellence and alignment across the organization while maintaining the highest level of quality and client satisfaction❑ Lead and drive execution of Strategic Sourcing, Tail Spend Management, Contracting, and Supplier relationship management projects on eSourcing platforms and drive process optimization work for key processes within Sourcing and Procurement❑ Global Operations Management, SLA set up, Performance Metrics development, Devising and implementing policies & procedures to enable smooth functioning of operations, Review of existing processes, definition of To-Be process and impact assessment of the change❑ Provide the leadership, strategy, and policy for the delivery by building a high-performance engagement model with the business stakeholders in multiple geographic regions ❑ Continually develop and implement programs that lead to improve value creation, processes, training, metrics, and customer satisfaction
