JAY BIDDLE I handle the mortgage origination, both refinances and purchase loans, for the US Bank branches in the Hamilton, Ohio area I handle the needs of the Journal Square branch, the US Bank Main street branch and the Liberty Fairfield office. I have full knowledge of any and all loan programs available. Previously, in the Direct Sales Channel for Fifth Third Bank, I have successfully completed 6.5 years of service. I qualified for the Direct Channel Wall of Fame for meeting yearly Sales goals. With originations over 25 million yearly, I was in the upper 15 percent of the sales force. I continue to get very highly rated yearly evaluations from upper management. Looked towards as a leader and a team player, I have often been chosen for special sales projects and his personal opinions drawing on my many years in the mortgage business and innovative idea’s helpful to move the department forward.My highly successful career includes 39 years’ experience in the finance, mortgage, and banking industry with a primary focus on sales and training. As National Sales Manager and SVP of National Sales & Training for Alliance Mortgage Group (AMG), I directed sales, hiring, and staff development activities at five mortgage loan offices in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida. Reporting directly to Alliance’s CEO, I managed the recruitment, sales training, and motivation of all loan officers.I joined Alliance after excelling as Branch Manager with Fidelity Mortgage. Advancing at AMG from Loan Officer to Branch Manager and SVP of Operations, I supervised 40 loan officers in Alliance’s flagship office. I was then charged with starting up the SVP of National Sales & Training function where I succeeded in finding the best and brightest to staff the expanding number of offices.
