RFXs (Information, Quotation, and Proposal), negotiation, renegotiation, contracts, vendor development & management and Comparative chart on basis of price, delivery schedule, and incoterms. • Negotiation in Capex sales contracts and service contracts, import orders, Purchase Orders, Incoterms & payment terms Negotiation, Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations. • Follow up with supplier, logistic team and coordination with QMD upon arrival, invoice verification and submission for payment. • Commodities- Sheet Metal, Steel, Mechanical goods, Fabrication goods, Electronic goods, Paint and Chemicals, Heavy Machineries etc. • Purchase approval, project planning and estimation, team performance analysis and encouragement, audit report, Monthly/quarterly and annually MIS review and submission. • Verification of steel fabrication, painting job work, blasting job work, insulation job work, eraction job work reports. Contract experience of stevedoring, Fabrication- erection, AMC, Freight Contract etc. • Communicate with prospective vendors to determine terms and availability. • Interview applicants and train staff using tailored training program. • Devise purchasing instructions and policies, and ensure proper procedure from both the company and vendors. • Prepare reports for costs and market conditions. • Work with technical staff members to generate product specifications. • Resolve issues with contracts and supplies. • Maintain thorough records of orders. • Develop and implement organizational policies for the department. • Manage budget for purchasing department. • Create specifications for the delivery of new products. • Consider environmental impact when determining transportation needs.
