Jay Boisseau is a computing technologies leader and strategist, with more than 25 years of experience leading major computing-focused projects, departments, and organizations. Jay is CEO of Vizias, which supports Dell Technologies and the Austin Forum on Technology & Society with leadership and expertise, Jay and Vizias are currently developing some new AI and other technology projects for 2023. Jay is also the executive director and founder of the Austin Forum on Technology & Society (www.austinforum.org), which he started in 2006. Jay recently served (2014-2023) as an HPC & AI Technology Strategist at Dell Technologies, where he helped develop HPC and AI future solutions and worked with strategic customers, and also led and expanded the Dell Technologies HPC Community (www.dellhpc.org). Jay founded the Austin Smart City Alliance in 2014 (originally known as Austin CityUP) to help transform Austin into a smart city and led it until May 2022. Other past experience includes creating the Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) in 2001 and leading it to world prominence over 13 years, and working at the San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC) where he led several major programs.
