Supervised 176 employees and the day-to-day fueling operations within five Companies supporting fuel requirements for 120 helicopters during continuous operations utilizing state of the art rapid refueling location valued in excess of $14.6 million. Responsible for daily staffing of fuel teams, facility maintenance program, and deconfliction of air traffic. Established and tracked daily fuel stock objectives based on forecasted quantity of aircraft traffic due to changing mission requirements and weather conditions. Key Accomplishments• Rated the best of 5 Production Managers in the organization.• Serviced 13,000 aircraft by distributing 2.2 million gallons of fuel ($7.1 million), maintained 100% safety, and environmental compliance. (Averaged 150 aircraft with 25,000 gallons ($81,000) of fuel per week)• Developed Facility Standard Operating Procedures, Training Certification Program, and Fuel Stock Objectives, which are still in use today.• Coordinated daily, weekly, and monthly with Fort Drum Army Installation, State of New York, and Federal EPA officials to ensure environmental compliance resulting in no reportable incidences.

Managed the supply chain strategy and objectives for Multinational Aircraft Fueling Operations at 19 remote locations spanning 85,000 square miles in in Afghanistan supporting U.S. and Coalition Forces. Conducted daily production meetings and disseminated necessary information to Supply Chain Managers. Managed, planned, and implemented life cycle logistics fuel support for all multinational aviation fuel needs. Accountable for inventory management to include daily and monthly accountability, quality control, and safety at all 19 locations. Key Accomplishments• Distributed 36 million gallons of fuel valued at $116.6 million.• 100% aircraft missions success rate with no flight cancelations due to lack or quality of fuel. • Reduced fuel distribution locations from 26 to 19, saving the Army over $3 million dollars monthly by reducing fuel distribution locations.• Successfully operated within budget restrictions, despite changing mission requirements.

Served as the Distribution Company Senior Logistics Manager, entrusted with leading and synchronizing all organizational functions for 65 employees. Managed day-to-day operations for the organization by implementing unit training plans, work schedules, and evaluated organizations performance. Managed five supervisors responsible for three different Army Cross-Functional Supply Chain Segments (Fuel, Munitions, and Transportation). Increased supply chain strength by ensuring all managers understood the Company objectives and were trained and certified on cross functional areas of responsibility.Key Accomplishments• Selected to develop, coordinate, and execute an aviation fuel support plan for the President of the United States visit throughout Afghanistan, with only 48 hours advanced notice. • Accountable for 28 pieces of organizational and operational equipment valued at $14.5 million.• Maintained 100% accountability and quality control for 1.5 million gallons of fuel ($4.86 million) and maintained a 95% Compliance Training rate. • Managed the movement of over 200 Tons of equipment and supplies, over 3,000 pieces of U.S Postal System mail, and 200 personnel during 12-month period with 100% success rate.

Perform API (specific) gravity test, visual color test and contamination determination for products. Perform preloading inspections of containers.
