CurrentPlan, determine and manage Professional Development, Customer Support and Sales resources as needed to close sales resulting in +$7.5 million across 23 states. Build customized teams of multiple specialist to address product: penetration through implementation and renewals; in strategic districts. Key interface for both the client and CL managers throughout implementation cycle. Target efforts leading to increased professional development billable days in all 23 states.Train organization staff of 74 in sales processes, reading instruction, best practices and specific implementations of products, including:Mentor new sales staff (virtually/ one-on-one) to ensure understanding of sales processes and solution content.Interview new hire prospects and provide feedback to VP.Develop and implement new staff orientation.Facilitate implementation and training presentations nationally, high-level impact sessions and administrative sessions, Representing company across international, national, regional, state and local conferences using a variety of face-to-face and virtual formats including Adobe Connect, WebEx, Go-to-MeetingAnalyze national education market trends such as, Differentiated Instruction, Response To Intervention/Instruction, Credit Recovery/Recuperation, 21st Century Skills, Summer School, Before/After school, NWEA and implementations supporting students with special needs. Generate positioning strategies to address these trends and drive increase k-12 sales/implementations nationally.Task force participant exploring service delivery modalities and roll-out.
