Jay is a strong proponent of establishing an environment where individuals are empowered to improve their craft every single day, regardless of their role in the organization.Prior to joining Boulden Company, Jay was most recently the CEO of Burjess Growth Consultants, a management consulting firm focused on helping businesses deliver sustainable and scalable growth. Prior to Burjess, Jay was President & Chief Executive Officer of a private equity-backed business in Houston, Texas, and before that, President of a Dover (NYSE: DOV) operating company based in Wisconsin.
