That is high touch. When I first began my career, customer service was an intregal part of any company. Unfortunately, with the advancement of high tech, every company tries to automate, to a large extent, the customer experience by often confusing efficiency with the human touch.Cutomer service has changed a great deal over the years. Fortunately, I have never lost my desire to help create lasting relationships with high touch. Showing you care about your customer is paramount to customer retention. I am passionate about creating an experience that combines high tech and high touch. The cost of obtaining a new client far outweighs the cost of retaining that client. This is where I have excelled in every position in my past experience. Building and maintaining relationships that drives retention.Whether I'm in sales, marketing, mentoring or operations, my main focus is on the client and their satisfaction. In today's fast-paced environment, companies tend to lose that focus until it's too late. In my world, it's all about the customers wants, needs and desires.That is why I started The Shower Consultant. I saw a need in the market for an expert to help the consumer save time and money. After 5 years on the front lines I knew I could use my experience and knowledge to help the consumer get through this process of getting quotes and wondering if they got a good deal. I eleviate that fear due to my knowledge of the companies pricing.
