Production Coordinator
CurrentWork with Products & Marketing department to create/update product labels for all specific details for new or existing customers or products. Collaborate with Planning & Logistics/IT department to ensure barcode type and commodity numbers meet country requirements.Responsible for the accuracy, timelines, and completeness of all labels. Troubleshoots all issues pertaining to labels in order to achieve desired approvals and need by dates.Works with Manager, Technical services to assure production labels are manufactured to expectations of Label laws.Cross-trained the production team leaders on label changes.Input daily production results and sent Production Report to the management team.Coordinate Packaging Specifications for overall Wire Mill production operations and labelling system for both Wire Mill and Rod Mills operations.Monitor the inventory of Wire Plant Production, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Chemical material required to meet the production schedule on a weekly basis.Actively participate in company, staff or individual one-on-one meetings on an ongoing basis for the purposes of effective teamwork, enhanced communication and progressive co-operation strategies within the department, as well as, other departments across the company.Performs physical count of inventory and maintains Inventory database.Create purchase requisitions for materials, goods and supplies order.-
