I'm currently the Sales Administrator for Cougar Sales. I completed a certificate in Office Administration with a major in Medical. I've worked within the service industry for the past 5 years and I've always had a great connection with my community, and I've always had great customer service skills. I have basic medical knowledge from my certificate program and my 3 years of Student Athletic Training in high school, where I worked alongside professional Athletic Trainers and other students. I also have knowledge in medical terminology, and office procedures. Through out my post-secondary education I became certified as a medical chaperone which allows me to be a second set of hands for doctors and nurses, and it also allows me to be a witness for patients and staff.
