As a client services representative for bank of america I took inbound calls back to back for credit card servicing. I assisted clients with credit line increases, account maintenance, deposit inquiries, and many other day to day tasks. While working with bank of america i became words matter expert certified and i received an excellence in client services recognition, I learned how to handle back to back calls efficiently and in a timely manner.

As an in home childcare provider my duties have been to maintain my home as well as all the children inside of it. I manage time, education and learning activities all while managing the basic needs of the children. I am responsible for all meals, snacks, inside and outside activities, creating plans to ensure children are ready for kindergarten, helping with homework for school aged children, and teaching them the necessities they need to go out into the world as kind well behaved humans.

As a Preschool teacher for babies I took care of all their daily needs including but not limited to: feedings, diaper changing, interactions, recording information, and following all parenting plans. I also was in charge of room and toy sterilization and planning learning activities.

As a Business Manager for Conam I am responsible for the following: Assisting the manager with all daily property needs while keeping the delinquency under 1% monthly, Rent collection in full for 548 apartment homes, Ledger maintenance, Posting rents via check scanner and going to the bank, Charges to ensure accounts are accurate at all times as well as submitting adjustments for approval, Sending accounts to court and assisting residents in the process ensuring they have looked at all options and understand what is to come, Collections being uploaded and/or sent over per policy, month end pre close and close, I will also assist with resident disputes and complaints.

I worked with residents and future residents on a daily basis assisting them in all of their needs including the following; resident disputes, delinquency, taking rent, updating systems, making deposits, accepting work orders, typing up all notices and leases/renewals. Leasing apartments, daily reports, making sure maintenance is on schedule with all future turns, handling all vendors and invoices, walking vacant units, scheduling flooring and apartment cleaning, and personal upkeep of the front office.

Provided customer service knowledge to many calls per day while maintaining a register in a timely manner.I worked in every floor field including men’s, women’s, kids, home, accessories, and lingerie stocking.Trained in the cash office to order/count money and fill all register promptly before open.Finished all duties with motivation and an optimistic attitude.

In the position as a leasing consultant I accepted work orders, property tours, managed the clubhouse, and assisted residents daily. *References upon request*
