In my role as a registration representative, I am responsible for greeting 20+ patients daily. I work in the Emergency Department, which is a fast-paced work environment. I use my customer service, hospitality, leadership, communication, organization, and sanitation skills during every shift. I have knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance plans. I am favorable at communicating and collaborating with coworkers. In my sales associate role, I greet 30+ patients daily and identify their need toward a purchase. I recommend, select, and help to locate merchandise for customers. I also organize and maintain store inventory. I use all of my same skills as I do with all my positions.
