- Develop and execute the college-wide student recruitment strategy- Develop, monitor, and revise procedures in relation to student recruitment - Oversee and maintain college budget for Recruitment and Engagement - Conduct market research, collect and analyze data on student demographics, preferences, needs, and habits to identity potential markets and factors effecting student demand- Develop recruitment initiatives based on market research findings - Lead and coordinate general on and off campus recruitment activities throughout the year- Assist with development and implementation of program specific marketing and communication materials to ensure the design of effective recruitment strategies for all college programs - Assist with development, updates, and maintenance of CRM System and the College website - Develop and deliver presentations to promote the college and student recruitment - Lead and manage communications with prospect student leads- Develop and maintain relationships with city, rural, and indigenous schools, business, and community groups with respect to student recruitment - Liaise with school boards, external agencies, partners, stakeholders, and represent the college on committees- Manage, promote or organize college and community events to enhance the image of the college where student recruitment is the primary purpose - Maintain records, reports, and statistical data as required related to recruitment initiates
