This meant everyone was safe to speak their mind without fear of retribution, but in an atmosphere of teamwork where positive changes could occur. We developed many unexpected leaders from the effort, as long-term employees who feared speaking up prior to the change felt safe to put forth their ideas to the group. The overall positive affect across the entire company was tangible. -
