Jaychele Nicole Schenck is the President of Black United Body (BUB) at Bentley University, where she has led impactful initiatives that resulted in a 50% increase in Black student enrollment, including Bentley's first-ever Black Admitted Students Day. Her leadership has been instrumental in Bentley’s partnership with the Celtics for Celtics Career Day, providing mentorship to high school students. As the inaugural DEI Chair of BUB, she established the organization's first DEI policy and a two-year strategic plan, and under her leadership, BUB won the Organization Equity & Inclusion Award for promoting a more inclusive campus environment.Jaychele’s PR, marketing, and DEI experience spans over 5 years, with internships at New Relic and Extreme Networks, where she contributed to diversity initiatives in tech, and at Beekman 1802, where she engaged over 2,000 ambassadors. She also worked with top influencers at The Dime Agency, including Shareef O'Neal, Shaqir O'Neal, Choyce Brown, and India Love, securing brand collaborations with Adidas, Essentials, and Puma. At Platinum Entertainment Group, she developed social media strategies for artists like NLE Choppa and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, increasing event visibility.As a co-founder of *Gen Z: We Want to Live*, Jaychele led historic protests and co-produced the documentary *Wrestling with Whiteness*, addressing challenges faced by Black individuals in the wrestling community. She also authored the *Music Diversity Brand Kit*, a guide for integrating DE&I strategies into artist branding and influencer marketing.Jaychele’s goal is to continue pioneering cultural change as a future Chief Representation Officer, amplifying the voices of marginalized communities across media, entertainment, and beyond.
