- Set everything up from the beginning

- Focus on developing export business ex Vietnam by seeking, meeting and understanding clients (Transpacific trade)- Oversee the retention of key accounts and ensure their satisfaction- Collaborate with Regional office to identify potential business opportunities, set up sales strategies to implement together- Conduct internal meetings with relevant teams for problem solving and service improvement- Represent the company at conferences (e.g. WCA) and promote its services to overseas partners

- Proactively approach overseas agents to grow company network and sell company products (air, ocean, and logistics)- Collaborate with sales team to reach out to potential Chinese clients, introduce company services and secure business- Work closely with operation team to ensure seamless operations and top-tier service quality- Address and resolve any issues related to overseas partners- Take charge of Intra Asia market as the main contact person, ensure that agents are supported and engaged in fruitful partnerships- Oversee the networks (e.g. WCA, Freight Midpoint, and WPA), handle all related matters, such as representing the company at conferences and sharing market updates with relevant stakeholders- Assist in business development and overall management of overseas branches

- Control container movement, arrange berth plan and handle port clearance for vessels berthing at Cat Lai port and Cai Mep port
