Enterprise Application Analyst
CurrentEnterprise Application Analyst – Data Intelligence Responsible for designing, building and testing reports and data extracts utilizing Epic Clarity Data Model(s) and other reporting databases. * Coordinates the development of operational and analytical reports for clinical, financial, and accounting end users utilizing Crystal Reports and Business Objects Enterprise reporting tools.* Partners with Business Development, Finance and HIM in the development and implementation of TX-APR-DRG Medicaid Patient Tracking reimbursement reporting and analytics. * Plans and builds HIM 3M data extracts to support Potentially Preventable Readmissions, Potentially Preventable Complications, and Potentially Preventable Events reporting analytics.* Works with Quality to develop clinical pathways metrics and reporting for asthma, bronchiolitis, and septic shock.Senior Systems Analyst – Finance Responsible for administering the Alliance Decision Support data system used to analyze and report Epic HB patient level metrics and financial trends. * Planned, directed, and coordinated software/hardware installation of the Alliance Decision Support System.* Lead internal IT partners and vendor(s) in the development of timelines, project plans, hardware/software specifications, and testing strategies.* Coordinated departmental testing activities and maintained test scripts in HP Quality Center.* Performed all daily/monthly/quarterly system maintenance and patient level processing, and reconciled the data to Epic HB and Lawson Financials.* Maintained system/data validation checks to ensure data integrity between Epic HB, Lawson Financials, and Alliance Decision Support database(s).* Worked closely with the Director of Decision Support to maintain and deliver operational service line reporting to senior financial and clinical operational leaders.
