For three years I had the honor of performing medicinal synthesis in Neil Garg’s lab at UCLA. During my three years I had the opportunity to gain experience in synthesis procedures, purification techniques, and column / thin-layer chromatography. My work ethic and passion for synthesis led both Bristol Myers Squibb and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals to recognize my effort, and they each awarded me with fellowships.
