I am currently working in SCOR's claims department. I work with individual brokers and underwriters, navigating through multiple types of business. Researching claims making sure that they are covered by SCOR's contracts. I worked in Aon's Client Servicing department, assisting clients and the reinsurers that are on their contracts. I have many years of reinsurance claim experience which include Catastrophy, Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Property and Casualty treaty business. I worked directly with clients, helping them understand their contracts, Letter of Credit requirements and Trust Agreements. I participated in the coordination of reinsurer claim reviews, which I attend at various client locations.I worked as a consultant to clients, reinsurers and team members in the claims department. Helping them sort out issues or concerns that they might have on their accounts.I take a lot of pride in developing individuals and making them better employees. Empowering them to perform better and feel more confident. One of my best attributes is the ability to then take those individuals, and build successful functioning teams.
