This still holds true up to this moment. One should never get tired of learning.I have five years of experience working in the BPO industry, mostly resolving customer concerns that were left unanswered by previous colleagues. It is indeed satisfying to resolve a concern that has been tossed around from different departments, only to be resolved by you. This is my greatest strength, knowing the process in and out, and being able to deliver it to the customers in the most human way possible.Working under different LOBs, industries and management, within the past few years, helped me grow more than just your typical customer service advocate.• Experience with different types of CRMs, tools, and applications.• Experience in voice, email, and chat platforms.• Basic to extensive knowledge on the travel industry, logistics and e-commerce, smart TV tech, and recently, healthcare and healthcare claims processing.• Leadership skills.
