I'm Jay Cookingham, a passionate guide leading men to discover their true identity and purpose. As an author, speaker, pastor, and podcaster, I've founded Strategic Fathering Ministries to foster deeper connections between men and God.My goal is to uplift, equip, and ignite men through Scripture and my personal journey. My devotional, "Sonship," explores the heart of God, urging men to embrace their roles as His sons. In "Uncaged," I delve into the liberating power of forgiveness, offering practical tools to break free from past hurts.I've also authored "End of Year & New Beginnings" and "ROAR," as well as the fun comic book "Bad Sheep." Daily, my "ManUp Moment" podcast provides inspiration and encouragement for men's faith journeys.Since 2013, I've served as a pastor at Bridge Builders Community Church. I've spoken nationally at men's events, including Iron Sharpens Iron. My beloved wife Christine, my partner for 37 years, passed away in 2019. Together, we had seven children and one grandson.I'm deeply committed to advocating for men's spiritual growth and restoration. My books and podcast serve as tools for men striving to live out their God-given identities and purposes to the fullest.
