Credit Supervisor
CurrentResponsible for overseeing credit risk assessment, managing customer onboarding, and ensuring timely collections to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt exposure.• Monitor customer accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue payments to minimize delinquencies and bad debts.• Collaborate with sales, customer success & account management, and finance teams on a monthly to as-needed basis, in order to address credit-related issues, resolve disputes, and ensure timely collections.• Review the weekly aging report from the Collections Specialist and provide an executive summary to the Revenue Accounting Manager.• Provide guidance and support to credit analysts and junior team members, including training, mentoring, and performance feedback.• Recommend process improvements to ensure quick and accurate invoice submissions to our customers in accordance with the contract and customer requests. Provide quarterly training to the CSM, CAM and AE teams on best practices, procedures & learnings.• Maintain accurate records of credit evaluations, approvals, and collections activities, and generate reports for management review.
