Innovation is the antithesis of imitation and thus eventually commoditization.In order to achieve great design, design and innovation excellence, it must be have best in class management and leadership.Because everything in our world is designed, it is the responsibility of design and leaders of design to deliver a better tomorrow. And it is with this responsibility that I have dedicated my career, my life, and my evolving passion towards. At SCAD, I help develop both the program and people to deliver world class design management curriculum, competencies, and capabilities, and empower the future generation of leading design managers. SCAD is where the next generation of Business Innovation resides.At PARK, I help empower design leaders to scale design at leading global organizations to deliver more positive impact across the triple bottom line (people, planet & prosperity). PARK is where design and business come together for better leadership, better business and a brighter futureAnd through various volunteer and mentoring roles, such as IDSA, I endeavor to both stay abreast of and provide thought leadership in the rapidly evolving dynamic landscape of design and help to amplify the power of design management and design leadership to a global community.
