I managed the Twitter account of a nanny service startup from December 2015 to March 2016 pre the official launch of the business. The strategic aim of my work was to raise awareness of the service amongst influencers, specifically parent bloggers, prior to the launch of the business. I researched and segmented target influencers and curated appropriate content to create daily Tweets using relevant hashtags and image creation tools. I also initiated and engaged in conversations with influencers and ran a Valentine's Day Twitter competition. The 3 months of activity resulted in the following: 169% increase in Twitter followers, 1887% increase in impressions, 700% increase in RTs, and a 1200% increase in Likes. I also increased engagement and follower numbers amongst key target influencers.
