With over 30 years of experience, I’ve had a dynamic career journey through Practice Management, Program Management, and Product Development, particularly in the IT and Software industry. My core expertise lies in Project and Program Management, and my passion for Learning & Development led me to a new role in the L&D space. At Persistent, as a Learning Specialist and consultant, I play a crucial role in shaping the L&D landscape in strategic areas. I help establish the PM-CoE, build platform integrations, and create dashboards that enable the business to understand live learning trends across the enterprise and plan the next steps.Before joining Persistent, I was leading the delivery practice, overseeing a robust portfolio of enterprise-ready digital solutions using Scaled Agile across Java, Open Source, AWS, and AR/VR technologies.In addition, I pioneered the establishment and successful operation of a Mobile Centre of Excellence, where a team of architects, managers, and young enthusiasts thrived under my mentorship. I played a pivotal role in crafting an enterprise-wide Governance model and served as a core team member in designing and developing a comprehensive training program on Program/Project Management.In my initial career journey as a consultant, I seamlessly executed consulting assignments, leaving my mark on critical projects involving Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and ERP implementation.
